Basic One-Time Consultation.
This basic wedding package will include a three hour sit down with a wedding planner in order to get a plan of action, time-lines and a basic budget plan implemented. It will include three vendor referrals and a basic budget print out, along with a packet of count down action plans that will take you right up to your wedding day. This basic consultation will get you pointed in the right direction!
Day of Wedding Coordination Service.
This service is for the couple that has already planned their dream Hawaiian wedding down to the last detail and just wants a “go to” girl for their wedding day. This service includes handling of all the last minute questions, vendor issues, set up and design details, vendor payments, time-line management, and breakdown and clean up supervision. This will allow the bride and groom to fully enjoy their wedding day to the fullest. This wedding package includes a two hour meeting prior to the wedding for review and discussion of event plans and an eight hour day on the day of the wedding.
Personal Assistant Service.
This wedding package is for the bride and groom who have done most of the legwork themselves, but just need assistance in finalizing the details during the last three to four weeks leading up to their wedding. In this package we will coordinate with all chosen vendors, review all purchases, confirm deliveries, and decisions made by the couple up to this point. We will also review and analyze the décor and set up of both the ceremony and reception, and offer creative advice to make the event truly Exquisite!
- Contract Review - Review vendor contracts
- Vision and Concept - Review overall vision, conception, lay-out/ design and decor for ceremony and reception sites (choice of flowers and colors)
- Detail Confirmation - Confirm all details with vendors including pricing, payment, delivery, set up and pick up of all rentals, including tables, chairs, dance floors, flowers, cakes, linens, tents, lighting, music, sound systems, dancers, officiates, photographers/videographers etc.
- Vendor Payment - Oversee payment to all vendors
- Wedding Rehearsal Coordination - Attend rehearsal with wedding party
- Time Line Management - Create wedding day time-line
- Wedding Day Coordination - Oversee all wedding day operations
Full Service Wedding Design and Coordination Service.
This wedding package includes the following services which will help you plan your wedding from start to finish!
- Aloha! Let’s get to know each other! - An initial meeting to discuss your wedding dream vision, your budget and to get an overall picture of your expectations.
- Inform and discover! - This meeting will help the couple to get an overview of all of the options available to them. At this meeting we will try to pinpoint the locations for both the ceremony and reception. We will work out a basic budget and begin to review selected vendors. We will discuss style, décor, colors and theme.
- Vendor selection and contracting - At this stage we will begin the finalize some of the decisions and details. Your wedding planner will contract with your vendors to ensure your ultimate satisfaction with your event.
- Budget, timeline and final review.
- Wedding rehearsal attendance and coordination.
Wedding Day Full Service coordination which includes the following:
Your Exquisite Hawaiian Weddings planner will become the executive chief in making sure your wedding runs as smooth as silk, and in making sure that your wedding day wishes are followed by everyone involved! All questions, vendors and other personnel will be directed through our wedding planners, so that you can truly enjoy your wedding day. Our goal is to make your day not only as beautiful and as wonderful as you imagine, but also as stress free as possible.
This package is perfect for couples who are interested in a simple beach wedding ceremony for two. This beach wedding package includes:
- Non-denominational wedding officiant
- Two fresh floral leis
- Matted keepsake wedding certificate
Romantic beachside ceremony location - These ceremonies can be performed on any of the following beaches: any Leeward/Southshore area, including Diamondhead, Le' Ahi Park, Waikiki Beach, Waimanalo, Blow hole or our special secluded cove location. Our wedding coordinators will also travel to east facing beaches such as Lanikai or Kailua Beach. You may have up to four guests present during this ceremony. Weekend, holiday or sunset times may cost extra.
Due to our love of creating custom innovative wedding celebrations, we prefer to offer our services in a custom format and will be happy to assist you with following:

All custom services are subject to a twenty percent service charge on all goods and services rendered.
