Exquisite Hawaiian Weddings was founded on the idea that planning a destination wedding in Hawaii can be a simple, pleasant experience. We want to bring back the feeling of life at a more simple time, but with a current, modern feel.
When people come to the Hawaiian Islands to get married, it is usually to break away from the traditional, hometown wedding and all of the stress that a hometown wedding entails. They are usually envisioning a carefree, very personal experience, where the love they feel for each other will not be over shadowed by the chaos accompanies a hometown wedding.
Jana Heetland, Exquisite Hawaiian Weddings Founder
In her former home in Southern California’s Huntington Beach, Jana developed her planning skills by learning the ropes by working for one of Newport Beach’s premiere wedding and event planning companies. She has over 10 years of experience in banquet and event planning. From amazing Ocean/beach front properties, private luxury yachts, extraordinary private estates and high end restaurants, Jana has done it all! She has planned private events for some of the biggest names around including Boeing, Oakley, Quiksilver, Deloitte and Touche, The City of Huntington Beach and Charles Schwab, just to name a few.
Founded in 2006, Exquisite Hawaiian Weddings is destined to become the most sought after destination wedding planning company on Oahu! Jana Heetland has created Exquisite to be just that!
Our Hawaiian Weddings are Truly Exquisite
As we plan your special event we continually step back and ask ourselves, "Is this truly going to be or look exquisite?" If the answer isn’t a definitive "Yes", we will go back to the drawing board, in order to create the most unique Hawaiian wedding.
It is really important to me that each of the clients I work with is able to express themselves through their event. Careful attention to detail and really getting to know who my clients are, help me to ensure satisfaction and a wonderful experience for my clients and their guests!
I love to be a part of designing something beautiful! I feel a real sense of satisfaction when it comes down to the wire and the entire event, beginning to end, ends up being orchestrated to a "T"!
